It came out in their "Read My Book" feature, which they use to help authors promote their work. I'm very thankful they've allowed me to do this with all four of my novels. Here's my latest piece on the inspiration behind The Great Grain Elevator Incident.
This is where I work
It's always fun for me to see an author's creative space. Seeing as I (finally) cleaned up my office last weekend, I thought I'd take a photo of it in its pristine state. It's in a loft above our main living space, so I get plenty of light and a great view of the outdoors. Currently anxiously awaiting snow. Ski season is only a few weeks away.
You may be wondering why I have a battle-axe on the wall above my comic books. Good question. I actually found it under the porch of the first house we ever bought and have been looking for a place to put it ever since. My wife isn't a fan, but you can't please everyone.
